MAIL REG NAMD PBS SCRIPT on mpi cluster

Dear namd users
                           When i submit the job in mpi cluster using pbs script.
It show the following error
 
connect to address 172.20.1.56 port544: Connection refused

trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh)

compute-1-12.local: Connection refused

mpdboot_compute-1-12.local(handle_mpd_output 899): from mpd on compute-1-11, invalid portinfo:
