Dear NAMD users,

I am calculated the liquid-liquid surface tension.

Surface tension was calculated from the pressure tensor ã = 1/2Lz(pzz-0.5(pxx+pyy))

Lz is the length of the simulation box normal to the interface plane.

However, When I increased the Lz, but system layer didn't increase, the surface tension increased.

Should I use the Lz is the high of the box or my system layer?

Thank you

Lee
