Hi Shivam,

"binvelocities" defines the initial temperature of the system while "langevinTemp" defines the temperature that system tries to hold in the simulation process (usually 298 or 300K).

If i am using binvelocities from my last run than what value i will input
in the command "langevinTemp" in order to control the temperature of the
system.
