Hello All,
There is a new cluster installed at my university, and I would like to
perform MD simulations on it. currently both KNL-multi-core, and
x86_64-multi-core versions are installed on it.
>From what I could gather, the multi-core distributions are meant for a
single node, and are not for multi-node parallelization.
The 'Coeus HPC Cluster' is equipped with Xeon CPU's, Phi processors, and
Omni-Path.

Which NAMD distribution should I have installed on the cluster.
