Hi all,
I'm trying to use CHARMM36 parameters with the merge structures plugin in
VMD. The default parameters are CHARMM27. Does anyone know how to do this?
I found that the mergestructures.tcl script gets the parameters for psfgen
under the comment "# this is a hack, just to get the topology file."
However, I was unable to edit this such that I could use the CHARMM36
parameters.
Any help is appreciated,
