Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible with NAMD to apply an acceleration
along the z axis on the backbone of a substrate. The idea is to force its
movement during the first ns of the MD towards the entrance of a membrane
protein. I've seen this strategy in some publications and I would like to
know how to do it with NAMD.
