Hello
What version of vmd are you using? Can you post the entire error log? Sometimes there is another error message deeper in the output. Sometimes it is a an error about missing parameters.

Hi,
I have been trying to run AutoIMD but there is an error kept popping out “Error connecting to localhost on port XXXX”. In the error log, it says “Reason: FATAL ERROR: Unknown command-line option +p1”. Can anyone please help to solve this?
