Hi Experts,
Greetings! I want to simulate a G-protein where cysteine is myristoylated,
palmitate is attached to glycine and a geranylgeranyl group is attached to
another cysteine residue. The main problem that I am facing is with the
topology and parameter files for these engineered residues. Could anybody
help me on this aspect.
