Dear Madam/Sir,
I am trying to run a simulation with a protein anchored to the membrane in
implicit solvent. In the configuration file I introduce GBIS parameteres:
# GBIS parameters
GBIS on
ionConcentration 0.3
alphaCutoff 12
I tried to run the simulation with and without PBC.
The system is not stable. The bilayer seems to disaggregate with lipids
moving away from it.
I tried to search in internet a solution but I did'nt find a solution.
Can you help me?
