Dear Namd users!
I'm looking for the tcl script for VMD which could print time averaged data
about each energy term + averaged temperature and pressure over whole
simulation and plot this data via XMgrace.
One of such thing that I've found on namd site should be the NamdStat
script but I could not run it from VMD using tcl console. Please provide me
with the reasonable tools for such task.
