Reduce percent use of cpu

    Dear user NAMD,
I have simulated a Graphene inwater Under induced pressure. In this way, our computer system useonly about 40 % from CPU. Why is this happening? While the pressure will not beapplied, all CPU used. Also, my initial solvent density was not low.
