Question about how much used from CPU?

Dearuser NAMD
Ihave simulated a Graphene in water Under induced pressure.
Inthis way, our computer system use only about 40 % from CPU.
Whyis this happening? While the pressure will not be applied, all CPUused.
canyou help me?
