Dear All,

I am new to NAMD and have a question regarding use of GPUs along with
multiple cores for MD simulation.
We have Tesla K20 C NVIDIA graphics card and amdcpu with 32 cores. We want
to use all 32 cores along with one GPU for MD simulations. Please help me
with this by giving executables and right commands to run MD simulation.
