If you used CHARMM-GUI, there is a button named "download .tgz" on the upper right corner of the screen after step6. You can click the button and it will download all necessary files including PSF file.

It shows message as follows
NAMD input for initial run after step6.6_equlibration.inp
NAMD input for Continuing production after intial run
What does it mean ?
Should I run Charmm To get Namd input?
