Is the simulation slower with pressure, too? Are you using a large "margin"?

Dear user NAMD

I have simulated a Graphene in water Under induced pressure.

In this way, our computer system use only about 40 % from CPU.

Why is this happening? While the pressure will not be applied, all CPU used.

can you help me?
