Patching protein with phosphoserine, phosphothreonine and phosphotyrosine patches

Hi,

I want to patch a protein with phosphoserine, phosphothreonine and
phosphotyrosine patches, given in charmm stream files as SP2, THP2 and TP2
patches respectively. There are no proper tutorial for these patches in
forums or wiki.

Plz help me to take advantage of these patches and to answer:

1- how these patches can be used to protein?
2- how the already modified residues like TPO, SEP and PTR in any PDB file
can be used to make a psf file?
