Found the benchmarks <http://i.imgur.com/fiRnx.png>. These were taken on a
Core i7 870 with namd 2.8.
The transparent lines are linux (ubuntu 11), the opaque lines are win 7 64
bit.
Black lines are without GPU, dashed red is a GTS250 and solid red is a
GTX470.
