Hi all,
NAMD 2.9b3 has been up for download since last night. The main changes
were to fix the reported issue with implicit solvent SASA calculation for
small systems. The CUDA situation should be exactly the same as 2.9b2 and
we are still trying to understand under what circumstances the fatal error
"cuda_check_remote_progress polled 1000000 times" occurs, so please report
those along with details on the CUDA device being used, especially if you
can reproduce the problem readily and/or it is new since 2.9b1.
