RBCG electrostatic term

Dear NAMD experts,

I have questions about the RBCG water model. I think the RBCG water do
not support electrostatic interaction of water, it seems RBCG water
model does not include charge-charge term in total energy for waters.
Dose such water model represent a protein system behavior correctly?
Is there a CHARMM like top and par file for MARTINI polarizable water?
