Dear Ehsan,

Thanks for the help. When I add forceDCDfile , forceDCDfreq parameters into the conf file, I can get a binary dcd file . But my aim is to get a pdb file

( ascii file ) that includes net forces on each atom. Is there a way to generate a force pdb file from force dcd file ?
