Bharat,

Try to download _*Win*_ version from:

http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Development/Download/download.cgi?PackageName=NAMD

make new folder (directory) where you want, unpack downloaded file and
run program from the command line (Command prompt):

namd2 +p(number of processors that you want to use, not more that you
really have in computer) my_namd_input_file.namd > my_namd_output_file.out
