How I can insert de harmonic restraint?

Hi namd user´s
I need insert harmonic restrains bond between CU and N. The constraining potencial is zero in the rgion between 2  and 3 A for  the constraining potencial rmin = 2 and rmax = 3  and Kmin=Kmax050kcal/molxA2.
someone can help me or guide me to do this?
