namd: Running namd on a node on cluster

Hi all

I was "qtailing" a jobs on a node when I got a message saying:

MPI_ABORT invoked on rank 0 in communicator MPI_COMM_WORLD with errorcode 1

So
I was wondering if anyone faced a similar problem before. I couldn't find an
output file to track the progress nor I could tell if the job is still going
on or stopped.
