Simulation crash due to charmrun error

Dear NAMD developer

I have a problem when running simulation using either namd2.7.b1 and
namd2.6. Initially simulation was finely running but after several hundred
step, it's stop. The appeared error message is:

Charmrun: error on request socket
Socket closed before recv.

For your information, I am using namd2.6 and namd2.7 for X86_64 machine
under mandriva 2009.
