Hello everybody.
The institution I am working at plans to invest a certain amount of
money in new computer hardware. Right now we use NAMD on a CPU cluster
(SGI Altix ICE 8200).
The idea is to buy additional GPU hardware (nvidia tesla/fermi). Can
anyone make a forecast concerning the release of namd 2.7beta2 and
maybe give a further statement on the cuda related functionality(e.g.
1-4 exclusion)/performance of this version of NAMD?
