Dear all,
Right now I am writing a shell script to automatically run a series
of tcl files, such as 1_a.tcl, 2_b.tcl, and so on:
vmd -e WORKINGDIR/1_a.tcl
vmd -e WORKINGDIR/2_b.tcl
...
However, after execution of first vmd command, the vmd does not quit
automatically. Therefore, the second vmd command could not start
automatically.
So, how to write a command to close vmd in shell script?
Thanks and regards!
