Dear Jose,

        Thank you very much for your reply. Actually when I run the program
in background i,e

time /home/sudipta/SOFTWARE/MPICH2/mpich2-1.0.8/mpich2/bin/mpiexec -n 8
./namd2 barstar89.conf > barstar89.log &

then the following errors are coming in log file. But when I don't use the &
then the errors are not coming
i,e
 time /home/sudipta/SOFTWARE/MPICH2/mpich2-1.0.8/mpich2/bin/mpiexec -n 8
./namd2 barstar89.conf > barstar89.log

So any suggestion can you give.
