Dear All,
I'm a very beginniner. I wonder if using NAMD to study small molecular's
transportation between one side of cell membrane to another, I wonder if
this idea is practical on NAMD?
If yes, is there any thing I should look into first?(I'm sorry I'm really
new at this area)
