Hi ,,
i am conducting the simulation of a protein molecule in water box for 10ns
using a cluster, but its giving a error like this, ERROR: Stray PME grid
charges detected: 440 sending to 7 for planes 3, FATAL ERROR: Stray PME grid
charges detected,
 what is meant by stray pme grid charges detection ,why this happens and
can u please suggest me any possible solution : whether i have to increase
the grid size ?,
