variation between results on different OSes

Dear NAMD users,

I ran a simulation today on Windows(2.6ghz hyperthreading, 1gig ram) and on
linux (1.4ghz 256mb ram) and found a difference of around 100 kCal/Mol in
TOTAL3 after 33000 time steps.

Is it natural for this to occur?
