Greetings from Chile.

 I have some question regards plant protein – membrane system energy
minimization and equilibration:

 1.- I want to make 850ps of equilibration for my system. What should be
the distribution of these steps with and without piston? ... and the
temperature also?

 2.- For the energy minimization of system (protein, membrane, ions, water,
counterions), your recommend to me the use of rigids bonds??...
