Dear Sir:
     when I use namd to do MD simulation, the errer as flowing always occur, there are not any other error information.

    I use NAMD 2.6 for Linux-amd64-MPI-gm, there are 5694 atoms. I want to do simulation of 60 ns. But the simulaion only keep 1500 steps(30 ps), the error occurs, please help me!! How can I solve the problem.
