Multiple constraint file

Hello All
   I am wondering if I can apply more than one constraint file in one
configuration file.
The reason I want to do this is because for one of the segments of my
structure I want to apply constraint in the X and Y direction, whereas for
other one I want to apply
in the X and Z direction.
   Any other suggestion is appreciated.
