I'm running namd2 on a cluster that you have, It works fine on 1 processor. when I try running it on more than processor it fails. I get this message:

Reason: FATAL ERROR: Simulation config file is not accessible.

I used the following comman to run parallel namd:

/share/apps/namd/bin/charmrun /share/apps/namd/bin/namd2 +p$NPROC ++nodelist nodefile file.conf> file.log
