force on SMD atom

Dear all,

                     I am trying to have an idea of how does force on SMD
atom for a same molecule change with
magnitude of velocities, where pulling is performed with a set of constant
velocities. I am trying by small runs with different speeds.

It will be kind of you, if anyone can say about the behaviour of force with
velocity of pulling or any reference which
discusses about this.
