how to kill namd2 child process after power cut

Dear Users
I started a parallel job on a cluster using charmrun namd2 +p8 *.conf from
my laptop. Unfortunately I had a power cut to my laptop. Now, there are
still some namd executables running on the cluster having status D (checked
by ps -ef | grep sch).
How can I kill these jobs (kill -9 doesn't work)? Or how to find the parent
id of the died charmrun process to kill? Any suggestions?
Regards
Philipp
