Tcl: callback, run, revert, measure

Dear NAMD developers / Users,

I wonder how to use some Tcl additional features listed on User's Guide
Chapter 2.2.2, especially these commands:

     callback,
     run (repeatedly called),
     revert,
     measure (allowing user-programmed calculations to facilitate automated methods).

The Guide gave little additional explanation about the above commands. Could
someone show me some example scripts?
