g(r) plugin

Hi to All,

I am using g(r) GUI plugin to measure radial distribution of water
around surface residues of my protein. But the results I get is very
abnormal. The g(r) values go up to 3 and continues to incerase and
reaches to 1 A at 37 A distance. (I use the PBC option and define my
cell parameters) .
Can anyone give me insight about this problem?
