Thanks for your reply.

When I load the dcd file VMD main window displays 260 frames which is true.
Because I am running a 0.5 ns simulation with 2 fs time step and storing data
at 1000 steps.

Also I have downloaded the script. And when am working with TCL window I change
the directory to which the script is in and then write the commands.
