Re: High VDW energies during minimization and dynamics

Dear Deva,
high energies at the beginning of minimization are perfectly normal. The
whole point of minimization is to relax the conformation to get rid of
these energies without producing structural artifacts. You should only
be worried if things look equally bad after minimization is over.
