Hi,
I use the commands :
package reqire membrane
membrane -l pope -x 50 -y 50
to produce membrane, but when the pdb is showed in VMD, there are error messages like:
error> unusual bond between residues : 6(none) and 1045(waters)
error> unusual bond between residues : 55(waters) and 1046(none)
could anyone tell me what causes that error? and how to solve it?
