Unit of harmonic restraint force constant

Hello,

I have been using a harmonic restraint for my initial minimizations of a
protein. In the manual it says, that the specified value, e.g. in the beta
column, is the used force constant. Can anyone tell me what the unit of this
constant is? kJ/mol or kcal/mol?
