Hi, all<p><p>I finished a dynamics and plotted the RMSD vs time. The result I thought was non-equilibrated, <p>and needed more time to go on. But some guy told me that was enough. Is it really Ok, or not? <p>Can someone give me an advice? Does it have a strict criterion to judge whether a dynamics is<p>equilibrated? How fluctuation of RMSD is allowed? Thanks.
