dcd file is too large

Hi, all<p><p>I have a trouble. My dcd file, which was generated after NAMD run, is too large to be loaded into VMD. The situation is VMD was disappeared during loading. I guess it is caused by my large dcd files. (it contains 1200 frames and the assemble is larger than 10,000) . I want to check if the assemble is equilibrated and get an average structure. What should I do? Can anybody give me some suggestions? Can I calculate the RMSd without the VMD?<p><p>Jin Tao<p>2006-11-13<p>
