Amber Parameter in NAMD

Hi,
 I want to use AMBER parameter in NAMD. In this regard I have a specific
question.
1. Do I need to generate water box in amber or in VMD.
2. If I will use a water box from amber then how can I calculate size of
perodic orthogonal box.
 Any other suggestion will be higly appreciated.
