I would just like to follow up and say thank you and explain how the
[problem was resolved. I followed the advice of Leonardo from the
Universidad de Chile first (changing the lines in namddat) and then once
the output file had actual data in (since befor it only gave me the
headers), I deleted the header file (b/c xmgrace gets confused) and I
was totally good to go! Thanks so much!!!
