| JMV allows you to view the molecule in stereoscopic view. In the most common form of steroscopic viewing, two images of a molecule are drawn, each from a slightly different viewpoint. These views are then switched back and forth very rapidly. When viewed with special glasses, each image is given to one eye, and the image appears in 3D.
