GNU polyxmass
Last Update: 04-26-2006

Description:
The GNU polyxmass software framework is aimed at allowing user to perform (bio-)chemical and mass spectrometric simulations on linear polymer sequences. Any polymer chemistry might be involved (proteins, saccharides, nucleic acids...) because the polyxdef module will let the user defined any polymer chemistry by himself. Once a polymer chemistry definition is elaborated, it can be used in polyxedit, the main module of the software suite, where all the polymer sequence editing and (bio-)chemical and mass spectrometric simulations are performed.
