Beginner Class 1a - Cha Cha, Salsa, Waltz
Beginning Monday Nights on June 15th and ending on August 3rd
Times: 6:15 to 7:45

Beginner Class 1c - Rumba, Jive, Waltz
Beginning Tuesday nights on June 16th and ending on August 4th
Times: 6:15 to 7:45

Beginner Class 1d - Night Club 2-step, Cha Cha, Foxtrot
Beginning Wednesday nights on June 17th and ending on August 5th

Beginner Class 1b - Foxtrot, Hustle, Swing

Intermediate DanceSport 1a - Samba and Quickstep
Beginning Tuesday nights on June 16th and ending on August 4th
Times: 8:00 to 9:30

Prerequisite: Intermediate level dance ability, usually acquired in beginner
class 1c. A skill test will be administered during the first 2 weeks of
class. Registration in this class will be limited by the instructor to create
a favorable gender balance and preserve the level of instruction. No previous
Quickstep or Samba experience is needed.
Intermediate Class 1d - Rumba and Jive
Beginning Thursday nights on June 18th and ending on August 6th
Times: 8:00 to 9:30
Instructor: Tanja Hodges
Place: Krannert Center Opera Rehearsal Room (2nd Floor)
Prerequisite: Any Dancing Illini beginner class or equivalent experience.
Previous Rumba and/or Jive experience would be helpful, but is not required.
Summer Practices will be held on Mondays from 9:30 to 11:00 at the Regent, and
on Wednesdays from 8 to 10 at Krannert in the Opera Rehearsal Room.
