Dear Dancers and Future Dancers,
Fill some of your free time this summer with Dancing Illini beginner
courses in Tango & Foxtrot, Samba & Rumba, and Salsa & Cha-Cha.
You don't need a partner and classes are FREE the first week, so come
to 314 Illini Union tonight (Monday, June 25) and give it a try!
Courses:
Beginner Tango & Foxtrot
Mondays, 5:00-6:15pm, 6 weeks, June 25 - July 30 in 314 Illini Union
taught by Charles & Illini DanceSport, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Beginner Samba & Rumba
Mondays, 6:30-7:45pm, 6 weeks, June 25 - July 30 in 314 Illini Union
taught by Charles & Illini DanceSport, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Beginner Salsa & Cha-Cha
Mondays, 8:00-9:15pm, 6 weeks, June 25 - July 30 in 314 Illini Union
taught by Tanja & Ron, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Courses meet at the Illini Union in room 314.
Repeat students are welcome in all courses.
Pricing:
There is no need to pre-register. Try classes FREE the first week.
Your $35 membership (or $40 registration if non-UIUC) entitles you to
one 6-week course; second summer course FREE if space is available.
Prices are per person; there is no couples discount. Please be
prepared to pay by the start of the second class (July 2).
EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL: Save $5 on membership if you pay the first week!
Want to get all your Dancing Illini classes for free? Volunteer some
of your time and enthusiasm as an officer! If you are interested
please email dancing at illinois dot edu. Elections are held in July.
Where We Dance:
The Regent Ballroom has dancing most Fridays, 8-11pm, $9. The music
covers everything we teach and more, so join your DI friends at the
